Catching Up! What the Marshall Family has been up to.....

Josh playing in the pond by our house (pond made from excessive rain and a clog in the drain = a lot of fun).
Josh after playiing in above pond with some pieces of wood.  They were throwing pieces of wood into the pond, and his friend missed the pond and hit Josh in the face.  His nose broke in 5 places.  Two surgeries later, his nose is just fine.

Throw a dog in the pond = a ton more fun (for the kids, anyway)
Poor Koda hates water.
Alauna on her first day of Preschool.

Our cat, Patches, had 5 cute little kittens the day before Easter.  As much as we wanted to keep one, our HOA rules limit us to 2 animals.  So we found nice homes for them. It was a good experience for the kids.

Josh played soccer on a team for the first time.  He did a really good job for
 this being his first time.

We celebrated Josh's 8th birthday with a party at Hollywood Connection.  Everyone had a blast, including the parents.  They even had rides for us!

Our Kitchen

Our Living Room.  Ammon is making some really nice bookcases to go on the right and left of the TV.  Then we will mount the tv above the piano.

Finally got grass.  Here's the front North side of the house.

Here's the South side of the house.
Josh got baptized with his cousin, Samuel, by his Grandpa Marshall.  It was such a great day.  He is such a good boy.

House Construction - Holy Cow!

The house is moving along so quickly right now.  I took a couple weeks off because I have been so busy lately, but decided to go out with my camera and see how it was coming.  It was so exciting!  Here is what I saw.

Here is the family room.  I love the big windows!

A look at the family room from the kitchen.

The front entry way and a shot of the laundry room/out to the garage.

The master bedroom.  I love the bay window!

The kids' bathroom.  If you look closely, you can see my reflection.  I am wearing my crossing guard uniform.

The kitchen.  Also, the cabinets look ready to be installed.

Looking out the master bathroom into the master bedroom.

Alauna's room.

Josh's room.

Downstairs in the basement.  This will not be finished when we move in.  But eventually there will be a family room/office area in the back.

Looking from where the family room/office will be to where the 4th bedroom will be.

Where the storage room and my craft room/5th bedroom will be.
